Great Christina and Andy were amazing. They helped and walked us through with everything. We went to other places where they just wanted a sale, but not her Christina and Andy were amazing. They helped and walked us through with everything. We went to other places where they just wanted a sale, but not here. They actually care and and are very understanding. This is my 3rd car through colonial and we are so happy we stuck with them. Although they were a little behind in the finance department, it did not hinder or affect our experience at all! More

Unexpected turn of events happened. My visit to the dealership was to have my 2010 Tucson oil changed and whatever other service was required. In the process of waiting I looked in the showroom and was taken back by the 2019 Tucson in the showroom floor. My buddy was with me and I told him to look at the car in the showroom and I went back to the reception area. My buddy returned with a salesperson and she asked me what it would take to purchase this vehicle. I did not come to purchase a new vehicle, but after a couple of hours in discussions, I finally relented and asked what the bottom line would be. They came back with an offer which I was not completely sold on. When asked what it would take, I told them and they finally adhered to my changes. They really did work with me and I finally wound up with a new car. More
