Buyer BEWARE! !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit th !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit this review and share this with whomever shall read it , this review WILL NOT be recanted. Upon going into this dealership the buying experience was a total joke and thats just the beginning. We purchased a vehicle that needed some repair work done to the car and after some time haggling about it the dealership decided to give us a due bill for the work to be performed. I went to take the vehicle in for service at my appointed time and after 7 hours later, yes I said 7 hours later, this is what transpired. It took them 2 hours before they even looked at my vehicle to decide it needed 2 ball joints replaced before they could do the alignment and balance, ok so they paid for those, which they should have. They never did get back with me during the process to let me know how things were progressing, but 5 hours later it was supposedly fixed. The next day that my husband drove it to work and it made a horrible sound, metal on metal and had a terrible vibration, which it didnt before we took it in. He called the service department and after speaking to Service Advisor/People Relation manager, they said have our mechanic look at , and they would reimburse us because we were too scared to drive it. Upon having our mechanic look at it all he had to do was take his fingers and could turn the lug nuts on the right tire, they werent even tightened!!!! Also they couldnt get the lug nut out of the left tire, so they took a hammer and chissel and cut it off and caused damage to the rim around the lug hole. Upon discovering this and being very upset, my husband contacted Christina and the Service Manager David and demanded that they make this right, if that wheel wouldve came off it wouldve been casatrophic. Well they said bring it in they would look at it, well thats alll they have done, they wont answer or return our calls, after saying they would possibly replace the two front rims. This is unacceptable!!!!!! They are acting like they dont care and this is a poor excuse for customer relations. Trust me, do not take your vehicle to be serviced here for anything. I will also be leaving a review on Facebook and as well as the BBB. There is no excuse for treating your customers this way and after everything that we have experienced at this dealership it was a huge mistake, one that wont be made again.
