On this service visit on my Lexus Rx 350 I purchased four Michelin Premier LTX Tires and I was delighted with the prompt and efficient Service. I also got the four-wheel Alignment. I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015, have ALWAYS brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. They have refused to repai brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. They have refused to repair it and keep giving me excuses as to why they can't. Each service rep gives me a different story, very disappointed in their services. I have poured thousands of dollars for upkeep of my car at this dealership, yet they won't take responsibility for their failures. This month, they left my car out. the hot sun caused a crack in the windshield. Very very unhappy. Lithia motors, please take responsibility, the prior owner did. More

The first services for my new vehicle were reasonable . I came in for the 15 k service which was way too expensive and did not include an oil change . All the items I was charged for are included for free I came in for the 15 k service which was way too expensive and did not include an oil change . All the items I was charged for are included for free when I go to Big O for an oil change .. sorry to say I paid it due to my time constraints however I will not be back unless it’s warranty work More
