Very poor customer service. Upon arrival, the service writer was very grumpy and argumentative. I told her we were at the dealership for the 16,000 service. As we waited in the dealership, the noise level was beyond belief. There was loud music playing on top of a loud TV. I was very glad to leave after service was completed. I don’t have confidence in returning to the dealership. More
