But, what I experience with King Windward Nissan was above and beyond my expectations. My parents originally bought there vehicle there and when they asked me to give you guys a try I said “No”. So I checked out other dealerships GMC on Nimitz, Ford in Kalihi and Hertz at the Airport... all had one thing in common to put you in to something that you don’t want and be will pushy about it. I knew how to play the game, I never fell for it. Than I finally said fine let’s go see what King Windward would do in a sarcastic way. I get there off the back I’m acting like a real xxxxx. I don’t acknowledge the front desk person which I am so sorry... Than I get introduced to Christian Stevens the person who helped my family get a vehicle they wanted. Long story short I thought it would have been the same experience like everywhere else. I was wrong... Everyone I met that day had done nothing but made me and family feel welcome and actually listened to what I wanted and never pushed on anything else. I spent hours on other dealerships and got no where... It only took Christian Stevens and King Windward staff 30 minutes and I was driving off the lot with a 2015 Nissan Frontier which me and my son are real happy with. And it didn’t stop there... to financing Rob and Matt (dealing with the banks) to administration Lauren ( correcting my safety and paperwork.) to Service department ( the mechanic and service supervisor taking care of my safety check.) to Lot techs ( washing and refueling my truck) and back to the front desk. Saying “Thank you for coming to us. We hope to see you again.” I still come back to you guys and the service is always the same. I Thank you all for the work that you do and keeping the Aloha. If you hear about their amazing deals on the television or on the radio, they ain't lying! I highly recommend them. My experience there this past weekend was really easygoing as opposed to past experiences I've had at other dealerships. The staff were definitely not boujee or high makamaka at all. They made me feel very comfortable as soon as I parked my car. Christian was the sales rep. that helped me and he was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful. And he was also very understanding to my financial situation as a mother which made the experience for me a lot better and stress-free. The staff were very accommodating and even stayed later to make sure that I left happy. Rob handled the finances and the paperwork. And despite having to stay later, Rob was still very helpful and answered any questions I had. At the end of the night, I drove off the lot with a beautiful, brand new car.
