If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. Lexus of Sacramento has sold us not one but TWO cars that they do not have the title to, therefore making it impossible to legally register. M would. Lexus of Sacramento has sold us not one but TWO cars that they do not have the title to, therefore making it impossible to legally register. My family and I are stuck driving around a car we pay $800 a month for, for a car that we legally cannot drive and have been pulled over and told that if we continue to drive the vehicle we will risk a misdemeanor, tickets, and the car getting impounded. Christian told us that “yes, we realize this isn’t that big of a deal but we will pay any fees that incur”. So they recognize what they’re doing is illegal but it’s also “not that big of a deal”. We have been repeatedly lied to from everyone in the dealership about where the title is and everyone refuses to help us remediate this problem. They are liars, crooks, and will do anything to get you into a car & once they do, it’s YOUR problem. Now we are stuck, like I said above, paying over $800 a month for a car we cannot drive. My husband has no way to get to work unless he does so illegally. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Bought a used vehicle in late 2020 and apparently they never submitted the title or the registration to the dmv. I've basically been making payments on a stolen car for almost a year, thanks guys! never submitted the title or the registration to the dmv. I've basically been making payments on a stolen car for almost a year, thanks guys! Edit: It's now 4/30 and I still have no resolution. I purchased the vehicle on September 12, 2020, it has been 230 days since the date of sale. The vehicle still has not been registered, and the dealership still does not have the title. I bought this car at the dealership. It wasn't until I called my finance company that I was told that the title was never issued, and the vehicle was not registered. The title is in Illinois and the dealer only began paperwork to release the title last week. The dealer sold me a car that they did NOT have the title to. The dealer did not submit my registration. Despite making payments on this vehicle for close to 8 months I have been driving it ILLEGALLY and had I been pulled over the vehicle would have been impounded. Every time I call the dealership I get the same response. Only a few more days, only a few more days. A week later my car is sitting in the driveway and I'm riding my bike everywhere because they screwed up the paperwork and over a 6 month period never even made the most minute effort to fix it. This is my only recourse other than hiring a lawyer. Stay away from this place, it's an absolute joke. edit 2: Still no follow up from the dealership. Them being saying "a positive experience is our top priority" is a lie. Final edit: The dealership could not obtain the title to the vehicle that was illegally sold to me. They agreed to pay the payoff of the vehicle including my down payment. I ended up losing over a year in payments, and taxes and registration fees. Thousands of dollars wasted and nothing to show from it. Overall an awfully experience and I'd avoid giving this place your business. UPDATE: After all this back and forth with the dealership, they still managed to screw up the auto sale. The dealer overpaid the loan and sent me scouring to figure out what they owed me. They have been non- in replying to emails and have left me waiting for weeks to return money that I wasn't even obligated to tell them about. This is one of the worst experiences of my life. What should have been a simple auto loan purchase has turned into a 6 month ordeal of lying, deception and as far as I'm concerned fraud. Christian Simon, the GM for this dealership, has made my life a living xxxx. Please for your own sake, do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
