From the moment we stepped on the lot, my husband and I felt comfortable. We dis not have salesmen left and right bombarding us, we had a chance to look without being hounded.After about 2 minutes we were felt comfortable. He asked us what he could help us with, and then proceeded to show us what we were looking fir and answered all the questions we had. He took us for a test drive and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience. When it was time for the credit application portion, he was fast and efficient, which was nice becuz we had our wrestless 18 month old with us. Once all the information was sorted out and papers were signed, Mr. Ricks proceeded to show us all we needed to know about our new 2011, Chevy Equinox, he was very patient and descriptive when showing us all the new features on our new vehicle. The entire experience with Mr. Ricks was an extremely pleasant one and we would definitely love to work wit him again. Also, we love everyhing about our new Chevy Equinox! More
