I was over charged for my vehicle, I was given a price over text and once i came in to sign the paperwork there was additional charges of about 7K put on the car of extras that i never agreed on! No one told me anything about these charges and never went over any of these extra charges! I also tried to do everything online but sales rep kept saying he cant do everything online and i have to come in, i tried to do as much as i could online and when i came in it still took over an hour to complete, i have never had to wait over an hour after signing most paperwork online. After talking to the manager he said there is a option of me to do everything online and have the car delivered to my office! The sales person looks like a big liar in my books now. More

I asked Chris prior to coming in if he can make my total $38,580.00. It is in text that i asked this and he responded by saying yes! I come in fiance the vehicle my monthly payments came out to $992.24 whi $38,580.00. It is in text that i asked this and he responded by saying yes! I come in fiance the vehicle my monthly payments came out to $992.24 which comes out to $47627.85 that is nearly 9k more than what i agreed on! My mistake is not adding up the total monthly payments that the person in finance only showed me and never showed me the total and when i called Chris to explain what had happened he said there is some sort of fee of some coating and other charges that are on there that i was never told about by the finance guy! I have been taken advantage off and i have what i talked to Chris about in writing! I am very disappointed with my first purchase from this dealership. More
