I had a lot of questions, and Christian very patiently and quickly provided answers to every one of them. Christian was very personable and pleasant to work with - not at all like the stereotypical pushy car salesmen I've dealt with over many decades. No hard push. No closer. None of the tired lies or tactics. I would absolutely work with him again. Additionally, I would send friends and acquaintances to him without any hesitation. When I decided to go ahead with the purchase, Christian handled all the paperwork himself and we had everything completed in no time. Easy. After the purchase, Griffin Palmer sat out in the car with me and went over many of the key features and functions of the various onboard systems. Griffin did a fantastic job explaining and demonstrating how things worked. I can see how a person might grow complacent having to do these presentations many times throughout the day. Not Griffin though. He was on-point and enthusiastic at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. His enthusiasm for his work was noted and greatly appreciated. I would shop and buy from this dealership again without any hesitation, reservation, or concern. More

Christian went way beyond the call talking through CPO options with me as a walk-in customer. Even though Audi Beaverton currently did not have any inventory for the trim I was considering, Christian took options with me as a walk-in customer. Thereafter I worked with Anastasia. She was extremely professional and pleasant. I appreciated her guidance as we discussed additional offerings. The style was to inform me and help me decide. There was no attempt to sell something to that wasn’t a priority for me. The handover process was excellent. We completed all paperwork in less than 20 minutes and Anastasia could not have been more helpful in demonstrating features of the car, signing me on to My Audi and registering the vehicle. All in all I experienced a very professional team who were also warm and friendly . Rather than feeling any stress, Anastasia made the experience easy and joyful but also conveyed an air of extreme professionalism that I found very reassuring. Anastasia called me while writing this review to thank me for the business and to ensure I had a great first day experience. I was not surprised. More
