This review is for only the service side of the dealership, the service advisor we dealt with was Christian Mabry, so we dropped off a Nissan Altima to get diagnosed to see why the car was having t dealership, the service advisor we dealt with was Christian Mabry, so we dropped off a Nissan Altima to get diagnosed to see why the car was having trouble starting, after over 6 weeks and several phone calls later it was determined to be a fuse box issue, the time really wasn’t the problem it was the lack of communication and professionalism by Christian Mabry, we would call to get updates and would never return phone calls or would promise to have it diagnosed by a certain day and would never call to keep us in the loop , so we finally got fed up & went to go over and pick the car up he was extremely rude and never once apologized for the poor lack of communication or even the long delay this all took. Let’s say this is the last time we will visit this dealership for any service or to buy a car. More
