Your response is insulting: "We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding you experienced.". There was no misunderstanding. I was taken advantage of. My time was stolen. I was lied to. The dealer repeatedly assured me they had the vehicle for sale at the advertised price. They lied. They never intended to sell me the vehicle. Eduardo admitted as much when he told us "too bad".
