Once you get past the smiles, free car washes and loaner vehicles, it's all downhill from there. Behind all of that is absolute incompetence, fraud and deception. I had 3 issues. Issue #1: Water leaking vehicles, it's all downhill from there. Behind all of that is absolute incompetence, fraud and deception. I had 3 issues. Issue #1: Water leaking into the car. They said a piece on the lower windshield needed replacement. I asked if they checked the sunroof drain holes. They said yes, they were not plugged. $400 and a couple weeks later it rained. I open the door and water poured out from the passenger side. I brought it back in. They now say the sunroof drain holes ARE plugged. How is that possible? I never used the sunroof in the few weeks I got the car back. Complete incompetence. Issue #2: Suspension light comes on after a few minutes of driving. They said it was a bad switch. $500 later and 5 minutes down the road the same light comes back on. Complete incompetence. Issue #3: During all these visits, I also had a parasitic battery leak they were trying to fix. They replaced the battery and alternator (I already replaced these, but they insisted I had to use Land Rover parts). They also replaced the instrument cluster and a fuse box - so they say. I have no way to prove that any of this work actually took place as they wouldn't give me the old parts. I still have the parasitic leak. Complete incompetence. They refused to give me any money back but said to bring it in one more time and they would fix it on their dime. After 7 months of waiting, there is no evidence they did anything. All they tell me is that they cannot reproduce the issue yet every time I get the vehicle back it continues to die on me. They couldn't even give me a service record as Bill admitted there was nothing in their system while also admitting the car sat for extended periods of time. It was all a charade to make it look like they cared. They lie to you time and time again, replace parts you don't need, don't validate the fixes and you are stuck with a huge bill regardless of the outcome. I wouldn't trust them with an oil change. I spent over $7000 and nothing to show for it yet this dealer refuses to do anything about it. Stay away from these fraudsters if you value your time and money. More

Toyota dealership service vibes at a Range Rover. They just want to get that commission and after that customer can go to xxxx. Dealt with bmw and benz dealerships my whole life and they never eve They just want to get that commission and after that customer can go to xxxx. Dealt with bmw and benz dealerships my whole life and they never ever disappoint you. You pay more for a car for a better experience but here at schamburg range its all about screwing customers just so they can hit their goals and make money. Purchased a 2021 Velar with 8k miles paid 80k out the door. Brakes were bad on the car and dealership advised that wifey drives the car with shaky brakes. Drove for a week, still same issue so really had to beg the dealership to change the brakes. They changed the pads only and didn't touch the rotors. Car still shakes and vibrates on braking and it is very dangerous for the wifey to be driving 90 miles a day daily with bad warped rotors. Stay away from this dealership and save yourself some time, effort and energy and pick a different range dealership. More

The service provided and the explanation of it was fair and thorough. Ruby, my service advisor and Christian took time to explain things to me and kept me well informed throughout the process. I give it 3 stars only because towards the end of my experience they went above and beyond to make it right Christian was a good service advisor! But my experience was definitely a bumpy road my car was there for over a month when I picked up the 1st time I had to bring it back a hour later because the same problem started again. When I first brought it there I definitely felt the discrimination vibe after I complained to higher ups then it seemed like everyone wanted to help and show like they cared but it shouldn't have taken all of that in order to receive better treatment all in all I know that this experience even dealing with land rover corporate has been terrible and I'm currently now working on getting out of this vehicle because for the amount of how much a range rover cost to be treated like that at a dealership and to know they rather not do business with you and for the car not to be even reliable sucks and i wouldn't recommend to anyone I have other cars in my lifetime and best experience was with Honda and chevy only went range rover because I thought high end will be better from service experience and car experience I know now everything that gittlers isn't gold and I rather ride basic to be treated like a equal than to know I'll be treated less than when ever my car goes in for service . Even when they wasn't sure about when my part wasn't going to come I wanted to trade my car in that the worst experience of it all I knew my credit was bad but when I received the feedback letters of my credit score after they ran it and it being 600 620 it just further confirmed I wasn't the right race or income level for them to do business with but business is business. They will treat you right if you stand up and say something . More
