We did a tradein/purchase at echopark. They were very respectful of our time and accommodating to the fact that we had children with us. Phil made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He answered all of our questions with complete honesty. At no point did we feel pressured, making the us feel comfortable with our purchase. Christian was wonderful with the financing part of the purchase. He was communicative and truly cared about finding the best rate (he succeeded). He went the extra mile to hop in the car after the purchase to guide me through connecting my phone, which I was struggling with. Amazing group of individuals, Thank you Echo park! More

It was our pleasure to consider buying a vehicle at Echo Park Auto Phoenix (Avondale). We worked with Anna, she was incredibly wonderful and easy going. Although we had read and heard good comments about Ec Park Auto Phoenix (Avondale). We worked with Anna, she was incredibly wonderful and easy going. Although we had read and heard good comments about Echo Park, we weren't sure what to expect being just recently we had several terrible experiences with other dealerships. Anna was professional, friendly, curious and showed genuine interest in our car shopping extravaganza! We were certainly blessed to have her at our side and on our side. We purchased a Honda Passport and my son also purchased a car during the same transaction! It was a great day for my family! Kudos to you sweet Anna!
