Christian was very nice, I filled out my information on their website and he called me right away and listened to what I was looking for, he went out of his way and brought a car to me at my house so I wou their website and he called me right away and listened to what I was looking for, he went out of his way and brought a car to me at my house so I would not have to go out. I ended up buying a beautiful new Camry he showed me and spent time showing me all the cool stuff it had and the safety features he knew were important. I had my daughter who was getting impatient so he went as fast as possible and always patient. He introduced me to the finance manager who was very nice as well. It was a great experience and Christian definitely made us feel important and that we made the right decision going to him and to Tampa bay Toyota. He even took a picture of me and my daughter with our new car and I am so in love with it, best decision I’ve made, I highly recommend him to anybody! More

Best Salesman yet I was very impressed by Christian Colon, which is why I bought from a dealership so far from my home (a 55 min drive!). He was patient, courteous, and I was very impressed by Christian Colon, which is why I bought from a dealership so far from my home (a 55 min drive!). He was patient, courteous, and respectful of my preferences. He actually found the exact car I wanted, not only in terms of model and features but also the color combo, which is not standard. We had numerous interactions over the course of a couple weeks, and he always seemed to have time for me. When the car was ready, and we showed up, he was welcoming and delightful. We ran into a glitch when the third party vendor who took the car to put on a trailer hitch took 5 hours for a job they had TOLD us (both Christian and me) would take 2 hours. He stayed on them, and kept me in the loop, and despite my spending my entire day at the dealership, it turned out to be mostly a good experience. Others at the dealership did approach me periodically if I was not with Christian, to make sure I was being helped. So they all seem to have a good, customer-oriented attitude. Without going into gorey details, when a couple other issues came up (nothing with the car itself), Christian stepped up and in my opinion went over and above reasonable expectations to be helpful and ensure that I got my car, got it home that day, and was a happy customer. I remain a happy customer! I would recommend this dealer generally and would recommend Christian in particular, without reservation. More
