Details seem to be lost and Patrick Subaru apparently likes to work on a last minute schedule - threatening the timeliness of delivery. Our insurance agent is a close friend and in both instances was amazed at the last second and disorganized process of filing the insurance through Patrick. More

My wife and I had tossed around the thought of looking at the new Subarus which we had researched and found that their reliability was excellent. We met Christian who was a rather mild mannered and polite salesperson. He wasn't trying to sell us a car as much as trying to please us in showing and driving the various models. He was honest and tried very hard to accomodate us. Well, we ended up purchasing an Outback which we love. Christian has followed up with us as to any questions we might have after making the purchase five days later. It's salespeople like Christian who give a car saleman a good name ! More
