I was late, but they took me right in. I had a recall and they informed me that might take a couple of hours. I said I would reschedule that. He came back and said they thought they could I had a recall and they informed me that might take a couple of hours. I said I would reschedule that. He came back and said they thought they could do it within an hour. I was skeptical but said OK. They had the oil change the tire rotated in the recall done within the time that they estimated Rudy kept me up today the whole time it was very nice and I appreciate it. They did a great job. More

Mr. Art did an excellent job keeping me thoroughly informed throughout the entire repair process on my Toyota Tundra. He patiently explained each step, the issues diagnosed, and the repairs needed. Very good experience! This was my first visit and plan to return when next service is due! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful our service w specialist was very helpful This was my first visit and plan to return when next service is due! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful our service w specialist was very helpful . Only suggestion would be to have a little clearer explanation as to what to do when they told me my car was ready and I was told it was in the line and told I could get it, it still had plastic on eve seats and paper floor mats on hat I had to take our and find a place to dispose of. Plus there was a key box still attached to the rear door window an my house keys that had been on my key ring had been removed and placed in an odd place on the dashboard’! Again Service was excellent but picking the car up afterwards was a bit confusing and disorganized! I so appreciated the way Arron worked with me and explained everything! More
