I don’t think the dealerships adverting practices are truthful. The dealership installs wheel locks that I do not want and forces me to pay 400.00 dollars for them. My experience was very poor. In fact, I am wondering how you guys can sleep at night, knowing that you’re selling a defective vehicle to a citizen that walks into your dealership In fact, I am wondering how you guys can sleep at night, knowing that you’re selling a defective vehicle to a citizen that walks into your dealership with intentions on buying a vehicle, a working vehicle, a vehicle that they do not have to return.. someone who drives almost 2 hours to come to your dealership to pick up a vehicle and you guys have the audacity to sell that car knowing that the car is defective and thousands of dollars need to be spent to fix the vehicle and that is precisely why you guys did not fix it yourself and are selling it hoping that you can sell the vehicle to some stupid individual. That’s not going to take it into a mechanic shop. Well guess what I took my vehicle into a mechanic shop today and it has not been 24 hours since I purchased a vehicle from you guys so no that this vehicle will be returned to your lot Monday morning December 30 just like you should be informed that the check I gave you guys to catch on Monday. I have not recanted because I am not going to give you guys a down payment for a vehicle that I just found out needs about $2500 worth of work , you guys are a piece of xxxx dealership and I will not hesitate to all of the information to include the copy of the receipt that I got from the car dealership letting me know what is wrong with the vehicle so that you guys don’t go out here trying to pin it on another port in the visual that might not even have the money, but you guys don’t care all you care about is having that vehicle off your lot More

Bomnin Chevrolet provided exceptional customer service in all aspects of the buying process. The dealership is very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. My salesman, Mr. Leighton Hardware was very responsive to my needs. I emailed early in the morning after finding my vehicle on the website. He fulfilled my request for pictures of the inside of the vehicle. Afterwards I called back and shared that I was highly interested and would like to come up to do a test drive and it would take me two hours to get there. Mr. Hardware told me that the vehicle was going in for a detail. I asked for a special favor and it was granted. Upon arrival, I pulled into a beautiful dealership. I called Mr. Hardware and I was informed that he would grab the keys for a test drive. When I saw the truck, I knew it was the one. My search was complete. Mr. Hardware was very professional and courteous. I truly enjoyed working with him. Back to the truck, it was not just clean, but pristine! A huge shout-out to the workers in the back (the detailers)! I met Mr. Christian in the Finance Department. He worked very hard to make my purchase make sense. At first I was objective, but after thorough consideration he was able to bring a realization to the forefront. I appreciate the time taken to ensure that I was covered to avoid coulda, woulda shoulda, later. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and the experience at Bomnin Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a customer-oriented team. More

First, the preowned guys want to charge you for a warranty that should come with the vehicle already, 4 month, 4000 miles for an additional 2k or take your own risk. Fine, you scared me into it. Later I buy the extended warranty with the finance package, completely forgetting about the initial warranty. AND NO, the case isn’t that extended cover the car once the 4,000 mi warranty is over, the extended warranty starts at 1201 the night you buy the car. So yeah, Charged twice for a warranty, emailed the financial department to clear this up, nothing back. I clearly told them I needed my refund back from the 4month, 4 k mile warranty. I asked for an invoice breaking down what exactly I bought from the car side of the house, I haven’t received anything as of yet, 3 days and counting. The car wasn’t ready to be sold when I bought it. There was an issue with the brakes, tie rod and steering alignment. Which I had to bring back and be without a car. I rented my own car for 4 days, in anticipation that a loaner wouldn’t be provided. It’s a price switch, they quote you one price, then bring you a different one that’s about 4k higher than you expected to spend. More
