I long ago visited your Ford dealership and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. Our experience with Ford Kendall started off fine. We made the huge mistake of picking and Explorer model and going for the upgrade to leather seats. HUGE mistake. The process is not only time consuming but also the quality of work is VERY poor. We paid north of $1000 for very low quality work. To this day (less than a month since purchase) we are still finding defects on the way to upgrade to leather seats was done (unless cars come out of the Ford factory with zero quality control). More
