Horrible horrible customer service! Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I had to take the day off to go in to extend my rental car and go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. The person I was dealing with was very smug and said he was busy and couldn’t return my call. I had to pay four days of rental car because he didn’t keep his promise that it would be done days prior to the contract being up. I know I will never use that dealership again for anything! More

I had an 7:30am appointment to get my car fixed and had to take the day off work. I dropped my car off in the morning, they said it should be done in 2.5 hours including getting an oil change and tire rota to take the day off work. I called them 5 hours later and the oil change was done but the technician to repair my car didn't show up for work. They offered to do it another day but I didn't want to use another vacation day. They eventually fixed it, but oil change and tire rotation was more expensive then quoted over phone. More
