I brought in 3 cars over a 2 week period. One was for its annual service and the other two were for software updates. The car that was in for its annual service required being there more than one day. I actually waited on both of the cars that needed the software updates. I am extremely pleased with the service department at Boardwalk Ferrari. More

After using an independent shop for both my 1998 Ferrari 550 and my 2004 Maserati Coupe and constantly experiencing negative experiences I decided to use the dealership. What a relief! First of all the cost 550 and my 2004 Maserati Coupe and constantly experiencing negative experiences I decided to use the dealership. What a relief! First of all the cost was just as comparable to the independent shop if not better. The dealership quoted me an astonishingly affordable rate on the cost of diagnosing an issue that required the removal and dismantling of the engine. Though I believe this work required far more labor than they expected they honored the quoted price. Much respect! My service advisor Chris Williams was always the consummate professional even though I know him socially. Chris sent pictures and updates regularly, offered alternate solutions to save costs and provided suggestions to ameliorate common and known potential issues to address while the motor was already out of the car to save additional costs. Boardwalk is truly a top notch dealership that I highly recommend. More

MY wife and I had a Chevrolet/ Buick Dealership for 43 years. 1973 to 2016. Our CSI ( customer satisfaction rating) was consistently in the 95 to 100 percent range. I know good service. Boardwalk has always been easy to work with. On the last visit, I had a list of things I wanted done. Then a track day popped up that I wanted to go to.
