I have been searching for a new car for over a month now. After several visits (~7) to a variety of dealerships and different brands, I finally knew what I wanted...and Audi Fresno had it. Chris Williams responded to my initial query with 2 personalized videos. This was followed up with a call and several texts. As I was coming from San Francisco, I wanted to make sure that we could make a deal if I liked the car. After some initial confusion when we started negotiating, everything was straightened out. Chris was very forthright. If he couldn't give me a direct factual answer, he would tell me so and went to find out the answer. He didn't try to xx me! That is rare, and that is something that I highly valued. In the end, I felt respected as a customer and I left with a great deal and a great car! It was definitely worth the drive to Fresno, and I would definitely go back there in the future. More
