Micheal Hammond can think and act "out of the box" Michael sales personal were able to solve my purchase problem in short notice on the last day before they had to close the sales department because of Michael sales personal were able to solve my purchase problem in short notice on the last day before they had to close the sales department because of Covid 19 virus. They could have left me stuck with the problem until whenever the order was rescinded by they choose to address the issue. I thank them for there efforts to make me very happy with my purchase of my Honda Ridgeline. I would recommend Conicelli to my friends and family. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Conicelli. THANKS Darnell Geathers for delivering my Ridgeline to my residence. More

WOW! Is what I can say about my entire experience! I have been going to Conicelli for past vehicles and the customer service satisfaction is always phenomenal! Brian on the sales floor along with his partner been going to Conicelli for past vehicles and the customer service satisfaction is always phenomenal! Brian on the sales floor along with his partners ensured they kept a good communication window my entire experience there recently. The patience and professionalism was amazing. I’ve tried going to a other dealership before, outside of Conicelli but I shall say that I will never do that AGAIN! Conocelli made me feel like family ! Thank you! More

RIP OFF! I was at Honda Concelli to buy out my lease of the 3rd vehicle I purchased from them. Sounds like it would be a simple transaction but was anything b I was at Honda Concelli to buy out my lease of the 3rd vehicle I purchased from them. Sounds like it would be a simple transaction but was anything but that. So I had a check for the designated amount but it was made out to Honda Finance as stated in the lease-buyout paperwork. I thought instead of doing this online I can go to my trusted dealership to take care of this for me. WRONG!!! So, they tell me in order to buyout the lease I need to have a “used car” vehicle inspection performed because it’s a liability on their part if they sell me the car and it has issues. I get to the apt at service based on this information from Chris the Sales Manager. In talking with service, they never heard of this before. Then when I go to speak to Chris again he says this is something new they are doing and has to be done. Also, its $115 and my responsibility to pay for this. Why do I have to pay for an inspection liability on the behalf of Conicelli. I chose to buy the car. Any at the end of the story you will see THIS IS A SCAM for more money as I learned later in working directly with HONDA FINANCE and was not necessary. So, I wait an hour for the “liability inspection” and pay the $115 and now I’m ready to buy the car. I go back to show room and turns out all the people who can do the paperwork are in a meeting. So Tone (the sales rep and the only one helpful) and I have to go across the street to Honda Used cars to see Dave. We get across the street and it turns out Dave is on vacation. So I have to go back across the street to the showroom and wait for someone to come out of the meeting. Needless to say after 4 hours of waiting I finally get to talk to someone and she tells me that the check needs to be made out to Conicelli and not Honda Finance. I could either go make another check out to Concelli or deal directly with Honda Finance. That’s fine and dandy but why couldn’t someone tell me that when I first got there instead of making me wait 4 hours and pay for an inspection that I really didn’t need. I’ll tell you why and it’s partially my fault. After leaving the dealership I contacted Honda Finance and the whole arrangement was worked out in 10 minutes. I should have done that from the start instead of trusting Conicelli! Because I was using my own Credit Union and buying-out the car, Conicelli wasn’t making any money by doing my lease paperwork so they made up some “new liability inspection” rule to get some cash out of me. I have now sent my check into Honda Finance and no inspection needed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM CONICELLI!!! I had numerous other issues with them but this is the last straw. More

Rude Customer Service Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and my dad was returning her car-WAY UNDER MILES and in perfect condition. They told him they needed her signature...really?!?! They told him in order to turn it in the need all of this legal paperwork. They made him spend the day jumping through hoops all to find out the day he did turned it in that none of that extra work was necessary. He lost his wife of 45+ years and was asked to prove it to them. Never will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone and never will I ever use them again myself. Please take the extra time to research another dealership in the area who will treat you better than them! More

Would not ever buy a car from any other dealer. Sales person, Arlene, was fabulous. Great representation of what conicelli stands for. Absolutely no pressure. Very understanding of my needs. Amazing experience at Conicelli My husband Rob and I found ourselves in a predicament either of us predicted we'd be in when his car suddenly died on a Friday evening. With both of My husband Rob and I found ourselves in a predicament either of us predicted we'd be in when his car suddenly died on a Friday evening. With both of us working we knew we would need to get a new car quickly. On a very busy Saturday at Conicelli in Conshy, we had the pleasure of working with Chris Williams and Nick Brown to lease our brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Chris was so quick and accomodating to our needs from start to finish. It was not at all your typical car salesman interaction like I had experienced in the past and have come to dread when car buying. He knew everything about each car in their inventory and always lead with trying to save us money and keep us under our budget. We were kind of in a rush to get out of there and get on with our day, and Chris and Nick were so helpful and quick. After Nick took us out on a couple of test drives and we mulled over the choice between Civic and Accord we went with the Accord and I am so happy with our choice. We signed and drove off the lot in about an hour or so. Conicelli has a very homey, warm feel to it, with tables full of Corroplese Tomato Pies, Philly Pretezels (YUM) and bottles of water for you to snack on so you can relax while shopping. People notice these little touches and appreciate that. Everything from start to finish was excellent, if you are looking into a a new car lease or purchase I highly recommend Conicelli Honda and Chris Williams and Nick Brown to help you along the way! More

Went in Nervous, left out happy I was in conicelli website and chose the text option and began texting with Dave. He was great! He had a lot of answers to my questions and led me to Nick Brown at the dealership. Once I got there, the receptionist Lee page Nick and he sat with my wife and I for a minute listening to our needs, then we had a test drive and he had all the info on the car we were looking for. Next couple days we went in with a trade in. Nick and sales manager Chris got us a great amount for our trade in and worked with us to find us a price and car that fit our needs and wants ! They went above and beyond and we're not intimidating at all. They were very friendly. Next we met Corrine in finance who also went above and beyond for us when we needs her even after we purchased the car..I was so happy with how my purchase went I'm already looking for my next car to purchase from them! Thanks guys More
