I’ve worked with Chris W a few times now and can confidently say he’s a true professional. Not everything went perfectly smooth every time, but what really matters is how Chris handles situations confidently say he’s a true professional. Not everything went perfectly smooth every time, but what really matters is how Chris handles situations when things aren’t 100% peachy. For instance, I had tires replaced, but the initial balancing wasn’t great. I brought the vehicle back within a week with a rear vibration complaint, and Chris had the rebalancing / road testing done free of charge—no hassle at all. On my next visit, I was back for tires again (yep managed to puncture a newly installed tire within a month 🥹). The check-in process was super quick (Thanks Chris G) and Dana was very straightforward in explaining the repair process. Before I knew it, the car was ready to go! Everything covered by the tire warranty. Thank you all! More

Had my car inspected and serviced in June. Chris was great to work with and attentive to my needs. I mentioned one of my wipers was making a noise and I got replacement wipers. Good thing because it poured on my ride home and the new wipers did an awesome job. Bought my car at Glanzmann and have had both my Foresters serviced there forever. They always go out of their way to please. More

Service is hit and miss with the excuse we are short staffed heard too often. Car is never ready when promised and received no communication from service advisor that my car wasn't going to be ready on staffed heard too often. Service manager could also try and be more pleasant. More

Service department is excellent. They are prompt in assisting upon arrival, knowledgeable, friendly. Chris was awesome during my Outback's service and inspection. When dropping off my car I accidentally left my key in the wrong spot, which resulted in a delay getting the service started. Despite this totally being my fault, Chris was pleasant and professional, plus went out of his way to get my car finished quickly as soon as he realized what had happened. I've worked in customer service and really appreciate the dedication it takes to roll with customer mistakes and still maintain a genuine positive attitude. Chris definitely has that! Best service compared to other dealerships. Haven’t considered another dealership since going to Glanzmann back in the late 90s. Always friendly and helpful. The service at Glanzmann Subaru is excellent and my service rep Chris@Glanzmann is outstanding. First, Glanzmann Subaru allows me to make appointments online so I can select a time that fits my sche service rep Chris@Glanzmann is outstanding. First, Glanzmann Subaru allows me to make appointments online so I can select a time that fits my schedule and reserve a loaner car. Having the loaner car not only keeps me mobile, but also allows the service department some schedule flexibility in working on the car if they discover anything unforeseen. Chris@Glanzmann is courteous, thorough, pro-active, and collaborative regarding the service. He reviewed the past, current, and upcoming maintenance and helped me revise the initial work request to maximize the work performed while my car was “out of service”. This allowed me to pull in some future planned maintenance and defer other work to keep the car in excellent condition while respecting my schedule and pocketbook. More
