My truck still has an unacceptable noise (whine when decelerating and coming to a stop) somewhere in the drivetrain. I am disappointed the GM was not consulted. The only service performed was described simply as torquing rear suspension and applying lubricants to “anything that rotated or moves.” I was told that the noise had to do with the Allison transmission but no proof that the noise/whine is normal More

Chris the service advisor is awesome ! I pulled he checked me in came out inspected my truck came back in said this is covered by your wheel and rim protection took me to the waiting area I pulled he checked me in came out inspected my truck came back in said this is covered by your wheel and rim protection took me to the waiting area where there’s free sodas and coffee about thirty minutes later I was on my way with a brand new tire installed.
