Purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 beginning of December 2020 Got it home and realized the front bumper had a large dent in it that we DID NOT SEE THERE when we looked it over before buying. After reaching out to Ch it home and realized the front bumper had a large dent in it that we DID NOT SEE THERE when we looked it over before buying. After reaching out to Chris (salesman) he worked with me to ultimately take care of the dent. The process did take awhile which I believe may have been slowed down by multiple departments needing to coordinate, etc. The end result was a bumper that no longer has a dent and I greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by Chris and all involved to satisfying their customers.
