One dealership, in fact, is 2 mil every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 miles from my house and I drove the 20+ miles to go to Grand because Chris made me feel comfortable with the deal over e-mail. They made sure they got me the best deal possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They offered me some add-ons and warranty extensions when I purchased the vehicle, but whenever I declined they were not pushy, unlike other dealers. The Outback came highly recommended and I explored it online which is how I met Chris Thomas. He quoted his best price which brought us to Grand Subaru for a test drive. When We arrived, he had the car ready, and could answer every question we had regarding the car. We decided to purchase.
