I was looking online and found a vehicle I wanted and then entered my trade-in information. Within about 20 minutes, Chris called me to inquire if I had any questions. We set a time the following day t then entered my trade-in information. Within about 20 minutes, Chris called me to inquire if I had any questions. We set a time the following day to look at a specific vehicle I was interested in. Throughout the process, Chris was fantastic to work with. At one point, my blood sugar started crashing and Chris magically produced some chips and almonds to help me get through that hump. The little things like that show the quality of his character. Loved working with him. When it came time to talk to Jimmy, the guy whose job it is to sell the extended warranty my experience took a huge slump. From when I finished paperwork with Chris, it was nearly 90 minutes before Jimmy could see me. I was very, very close to tossing the keys to Chris and walking away from the deal. Once I sat down with Jimmy, there was nearly no acknowledgement of my lengthy wait, just his flashy smooth talk to sell me on a warranty, which I wanted anyways. Compared to how easy Chris was to work with, Jimmy was a huge disappointment. If he had even taken the time to be compassionate about the wait, treated me with respect and acknowledged my wait, I would perhaps have understood. He didn’t do any of that. I went into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted, had a time set with the salesman so there weren’t any delays there. It took 4.5 hours before I could drive away in my new truck. A solid 90 minutes was simply waiting for Jimmy. I would highly recommend Chris as a salesman, I would recommend Ram trucks....but I would not recommend Anchorage Chrysler simply because of Jimmy. More
