Bought used CX-5, drove off lot a couple weeks ago and it started vibrating from floor board. Tried calling the dealer multiple times to help out and keep getting the run around. Chris from sales team specifically told me numerous times he will call me back to get taken care off, nope. Nothing. They will tell you anything to sell you the car but once they have the cash, it’s a “see ya later” Very disappointed with Chris and his lack of follow through and excuse after excuse. With so many dealers in the area this is a hard pass for me and would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere where at least they will pretend to care about customer, this place does not. More

I had a great experience with one HUGE exception. The dealership installed an anti-theft device at additional cost, and though I demanded they remove it, they refused. I ended up bargaining them down The dealership installed an anti-theft device at additional cost, and though I demanded they remove it, they refused. I ended up bargaining them down to $500 for the device. What a waste and what a horrible policy! More
