Now I know we all hate going through the car buying experience. The second you pull into the lot the salesmen are all over you like vultures. I never seen so many trying to be my new best friend. My wife and I went to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort and ended up buying a brand, spanking, new 2013 (with only 42 miles on it) Chevrolet Spark. And not the pink one that was on special, of course because my oldest son would be driving it. But the Denim Blue model and it looks really, really cool. We had an excellent salesman, Chris Smith. You could not ask for a nicer and more helpful individual. He was not pushy or bothersome at all like a lot of salesmen. Chris knew a ton about the Spark and the whole car buying experience. If only I had more money (it's all tied up in paying college bills), I would buy another car from Chris. My recommendation, if you are looking for a vehicle, stop in at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort and ask for Chris Smith. I know you will definitely have a totally different experience than the typical car buying experience, GUARANTEED!! More

The dealership was very helpful the problem is that when I got there, there were a lot of surprises. For example, after arriving the price we were quoted was for a manual transmission. Then when we finally I got there, there were a lot of surprises. For example, after arriving the price we were quoted was for a manual transmission. Then when we finally got the car we wanted there were 3000 miles already on the car. It wasn't until an hour later that we finally made the deal. It took longer than expected.
