My family and I have been buying Toyota’s from Toyota Santa Cruz for more than 25 years. I refuse to go to any other dealership.! I find it aggravating and dishonest that I was sold a 75k mile service package that would only have been good for 30k miles, but I was given 2 extra services to get me to 71k miles from 15k miles when I boug mile service package that would only have been good for 30k miles, but I was given 2 extra services to get me to 71k miles from 15k miles when I bought the car there. A 75 k mile service package should have gotten me to 90k miles if you were not so deliberately dishonest and misleading in selling this package. I have been thinking that I should report this to Better Business and put it on your website so that some other unsuspecting customer is not misled. The service provided has been good but some services were done without my authorization, which is also upsetting More

Tried to scam me out of 4500$ by saying my car had a bad headgasket, and would not cover the labor of teardown when car is under warranty. Left the car outside under sprinklers and left hard water spotting headgasket, and would not cover the labor of teardown when car is under warranty. Left the car outside under sprinklers and left hard water spotting on the eight thousand dollar paint protection film I had installed on the car. Very unprofessional shop. More
