Without notifying us and without our consent, they added several extra fees to more than double the cost of our bill. When we asked about these fees, they refused to remove them and demanded that we pay them. I am highly dissatisfied with their deceitfulness and poor customer service. Quick check in with courteous service gentleman. He was very attentive keeping me informed of progress. Was informed initially to come in for recall repair but he explained a different process.
