We have purchased two cars from Sutherlin Subaru. They really do try to upsell all the insurance and warranties. That can be irritating. Sutherlin Subaru has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I don’t like that they seem to use whichever spot is available to do a deal. And when you come back from a test drive, the first spot you were at is now taken by another salesperson. Everyone is exceptionally kind, respectful and cordial. They seem to be very busy all the time. They do have a great service department. This dealership is so astronomically better than Grayson in Knoxville. No way would I consider ever going back to Grayson. Nope. Sutherlin has my Subaru business to infinity and beyond. We recommend Rob for salesman. He is smart and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. He is top notch. More

Salesman did a great job at getting us the cars to test drive. We already own 2 so not a hard sell. However sales and financing had no knowledge of Subaru app and free trial for remote start. Finance messe drive. We already own 2 so not a hard sell. However sales and financing had no knowledge of Subaru app and free trial for remote start. Finance messed up and entered the wrong vin for the car we bought. I figured it out next day trying to set up My Subaru app. Called finance and he did make the mistake right and lowered the price of the actual car we bought to account for the mistake. More
