Chris Roehm was fantastic to work with. My wife and I live in Colorado and have been searching for a new vehicle for months. After having spent about the last 2 or 3 years looking for my bucket list BMW e39 M5, the "perfect" example showed up at Barrington Motor Werks a few weeks ago...Given that I live in Denver, I reached out for my bucket list BMW e39 M5, the "perfect" example showed up at Barrington Motor Werks a few weeks ago...Given that I live in Denver, I reached out to a very good friend of mine in the Chicago-land area who coincidentally, along with his brother, has transacted several vehicles from Chris Roehm and provided me a very positive referral and introduction. Chris absolutely lived up to the positive recommendation, making this cross-state transaction efficient and allowing me to feel confident and secure in buying a unique, classic example via face time and extensive walk around and driving videos. Amin Smith facilitated the financial side of the transaction and was equally professional and easy to deal with. While I only worked with these two gentlemen directly, the service and professionalism they exhibited to me throughout the entire process seems emblematic of an overall culture and high standard of customer service at Barrington Motor Werks....Thanks all. Our time in there overlapped lunch so he got us something to eat which my wife and I appreciated since we we're chasing our 17 month old all over the dealership.
