I drove 4 hours one-way to Carl Black Hiram to test drive one of their advertised v Person Vic Davis of the Carl Black Hiram dealership in Hiram, GA. I drove 4 hours one-way to Carl Black Hiram to test drive one of their advertised vehicles. The pictures and information on the vehicle in which we were interested were extremely accurate to the actual vehicle, so we had absolutely no surprises or disappointments after a 4 hour one-way trip. Vic Davis had the car up front and ready for our review & test drive upon our arrival. Vic not once put any pressure on me to purchase the car; and Vic was kind, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful during our entire review, test drive, purchase negotiation, paperwork, and actual purchase transaction. Vic, along with the other staff of Carl Black Hiram, were the epitome of professionalism--in my experience a rarity among the retail auto sales industry. Chris Rodriguez in the Finance Department was also extremely courteous & professional as he helped us in completing our vehicle purchase.
