As you can imagine (or maybe not), having half a dozen kids made the purchasing process a bit more lengthy. Not to mention the particular vehicle we were searching for, the NV, is super hard to find. Initiallyu, he spent time searching for a 2017 model hoping we could take advantage of any remaining stock. Unfortunately, the search found a few possibilities that in the end didn't meet our needs. Once we decided to buy a 2018 model, the dealership had one in inventory that met all of our requirements. Having decided to proceed with the purchase, Chris and the finance team kept the paperwork process streamlined. All of our requests were fulfilled. My Recent Purchase Just recently picked up my new Altima ...the fourth consecutive one from Uftring, and at this particular dealership. The process worked as advertised Just recently picked up my new Altima ...the fourth consecutive one from Uftring, and at this particular dealership. The process worked as advertised, if not better. I called my salesman, Chris, while on business travel, and let him know about my interest level. He committed to get back to me shortly (within a couple of hours), and did - and also had a few options from which I could choose. We agreed, in principle. I took delivery of the vehicle within a couple of days of returning from my trip. All was in order, and to my specifications. I am, by definition, no nonsense when it comes to vehicle purchase. I could tell that Chris has dealt with those like me in the past. He made things as convenient as possible, including my preferences as well as being proactive in making things happen that are part of post-acceptance (e.g., appointments, simonizing, more). Customer Service is Outstanding! I truly love the Uftring Nissan Dealership! From the most amazing salesman Chris Rocke and to all of the friendly staff you truly deserve an amazing r I truly love the Uftring Nissan Dealership! From the most amazing salesman Chris Rocke and to all of the friendly staff you truly deserve an amazing rating! The service department is absolutely exceptional! All you have to do is pull your car in the garage for service and hand your keys to the guy at the desk. They then handle everything from there. They have an awesome shuttle service that will take you to and from work! The service writer then contacts you later in the day to say what they did to your car and how much it will cost or if it is covered by warranty! I then take the shuttle back and they drop you off in the garage and you sign the papers and your car is waiting for you! I have just sat and waited on an oil change to be done and I was out in a timely fashion and I even got free soda and a snack! Keep up the good work! More
