Our positive experience began with Avery, who got my contact info from something I filled out online as I was starting to look for a vehicle. He contacted me to offer his services, but he wasn't pushy. He provided me with options but didn't hound me and didn't try to coerce me into something I couldn't afford. In fact, he completely respected my max price range. The experience only got better. The car I had my eye on (the one we ended up purchasing) was in Glenwood Springs. Avery found a comparable vehicle at Chapel Hills for me to test drive, and he let me take my time thinking about whether it was really the type I wanted. I was looking for a few particular features, and Avery and his manager found a way to work those features into the deal. When they brought the car in from Glenwood Springs I was impressed with how clean ot was, but the staff at Chapel Hills went on to exceed my expectations by detailing the vehicle again after I decided to buy it! When we came back to pick up the car, it looked brand new! But wait, it gets better! The finance guy, Eric, wasn't pushy either. He offered additional warranties, which are probably a really good deal for some people, but we had to decline as the vehicle was already at our max cost. Again, there was no problem. No high pressure sales talk, no guilt trip, no dire warnings, just a respectful smile and a handshake. So, the sales department. Is top-notch, but what about the service department? Every bit as good as sales. We had a tow hitch installed, and Ryan and her team did an outstanding job! I'm a stickler for details, and I looked it over for minor imperfections after the job was done, but I couldn't find any. The rear bumper had to be cut to accommodate the hitch, and the final result looked like the bumper had been manufactured to work with a hitch--not even a burr along the cut edges! Customer service was polite, attentive, and kept me well informed. The next time I need a vehicle, Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills will be my first stop, and I won't be surprised if it's my only stop! Can't recommend them highly enough! More

This was my first big car buying experience and it was the worst ever. 17 days after buying my "Ford approved" 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe the transmission completely failed. My car has been in the shop for 2 m the worst ever. 17 days after buying my "Ford approved" 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe the transmission completely failed. My car has been in the shop for 2 months and a week so far. Still waiting. I never once received a call from Liz from the Hyundai dealership telling me ANYTHING ever about my car. The only updates I get is if I call myself. I have made 3 car payments, got my plates and registration, and they could literally care less. The best part is Gabe, my salesman, is the son of the owners. I have called and texted him only to be outright ignored. I did actually get one phone call from Rebecca telling me that I had to return my loaner and get another one because the one I had, "was over on miles." Well duh! I've been without my car for almost 2 1/2 months!! I explained to Rebecca how upset and distraught I was. Her response? "I will have Nick call you and if anything I'll go over to Hyundai and check myself." Can we guess what Rebecca didn't do? Way to keep up with the complete disrespect and gross negligence to your customers! So a special thank you to Liz, Rebecca, and Gabe. You each have done an incredible job at ensuring that I literally had the worst car buying experience of my life. Please please go ANYWHERE else and spend your money. The Phil long name is NOT one you can trust. If I had the money to hire an attorney and get off this loan with them I would. More
