We came in based on an ad they had referencing a discount they had. Then there was a bait and switch saying I didn’t qualify for all the discounts. We were discussing the cost etc and then one of the sales they had. Then there was a bait and switch saying I didn’t qualify for all the discounts. We were discussing the cost etc and then one of the sales managers we talked to literally accused us of not being flexible - quite rudely at that. My wife took great offense at which point we walked out and got in our truck to leave. Another manager came out and we negotiated a price and ended up purchasing the truck but I am still not comfortable with how the transaction was handled. Probably would not recommend them again to any of my associates. More
