After sitting on the road for three hours waiting for a tow truck during the Hamptons summer season , was finally towed to Buzz Chew . I had purchased my car at Buzz Chew in 2015. Chris was my service person who worked with me . He had his team quickly access the problem as by then my nerves were shot . He had said I would have to leave my car there for repair and he worked very hard in finding me a loaner car as by then it was 5:30pm. He was so kind and considerate of my needs as I had over an hour drive home . So, Thank You Chris for having great Knowledge of the service department and also wonderful customer service experience. Buzz Chew is lucky to have someone like you on their team !! More

Personalized Customer Service This is the third car I have leased through Buzz Chew. Chris Lengsfeld has been a consummate professional every step of the way with each car. Most recently we leased an XT5 and thought the design had a bit too much "bling" with chrome. He arranged to have a black grill put on the front of the car which has given it a sporty look. His knowledge of Cadillac and the history of the cars is impressive. On top of everything else, Chris is a genuinely nice person. Tony showed me how the new car operates and was very patient and professional as well. In the past when I have come in for service on my vehicles, Chris Pontillo and Dan Kropp have been helpful and friendly. I met Buzz Chew a few times and he seemed like a really customer oriented dealer. Prior to leasing with Buzz Chew, I leased a different brand of car through another dealer. After working with Buzz Chew, I don't think I would go anywhere else. I do hope that Cadillac continues to offer good terms to its customers so that they can remain with professional, friendly neighborhood car dealerships like Buzz Chew. More
