I cannot say enough about this dealership! Nick Pfeffer was our sales consultant… Nick did an OUTSTANDING job helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. We never felt any pressure and we knew Nick Pfeffer was our sales consultant… Nick did an OUTSTANDING job helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. We never felt any pressure and we knew he had OUR best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard at finding exactly what we were looking for. Extremely poor customer service. Will not return to this location. Once you sign that dotted line, they will not help you. I didn’t have an owner’s manual, the title clerk can’t perform simple calculations, they’ll be as unhelpful as possible in cancelling the extended warranty. Find a different Lexus location if you want the service Lexus is known for. More

Wes waNTED TO TEST THE HYBRED MODEL BEFORE ORDERING IT FRON LEXUS OF BROOKFIELD. WE MET WITH ROSIE AND MY WIFE LIKED HER MORE THAT THE SALESPERSON AT BROOKFIELD, SHE LISTENED, NOT PUSHY, AND ANSWERED A FRON LEXUS OF BROOKFIELD. WE MET WITH ROSIE AND MY WIFE LIKED HER MORE THAT THE SALESPERSON AT BROOKFIELD, SHE LISTENED, NOT PUSHY, AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WITHOUT WE HAD. WE WERE GOING FROM A 20 YEAR OLD 4RUNNER TO A 20925 HYBRED AND THE TECHNOLOGY CAN BE OVERWHELMING. ROSIE SEEMED TO KNOW NOT TO GIVE TOO MUCH TECHNICAL INFORMATION THAT WOULD CONFUSE MY WIFE.
