We could not have gotten any luckier person to deal with than Chris Ogene. Very attentive and well knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions and defiantly put me at ease. He absolutely checked in on me after my purchase to make sure I was happy with it. As an older gentleman, Chris Ogen was a blessings to help me find A RAV4 Hybrid after waiting along time. I came with my 2 sisters who are very protective of me. They bombarded Chris with questions and he an me find A RAV4 Hybrid after waiting along time. I came with my 2 sisters who are very protective of me. They bombarded Chris with questions and he answered them cheerfully, honestly and completely. Very professional. I was imoressed. Now they want to buy from him too. I don't know what to say. I hav ben buying cars for 50 years and never met someone like this. Please come and see this young man if you want any car. he will find it and he will show you how to use it. I had an old folding phone and could not use it blueteeth to the car. My sister helped me get a new phone and chris add it to the car and register my car for the Toyota sfety button. From the moment we met Chris Ogene on the lot, we knew he was very special. He was warm, funny, very professional and knew a lot about cars! We needed to trade a luxury vehicle that no longer fit our needs f was very special. He was warm, funny, very professional and knew a lot about cars! We needed to trade a luxury vehicle that no longer fit our needs for another one with more options. He helped us test 3 cars to find the right fit and was so patient in this process. He worked hard to get us a good rate with John and Tailor (maybe Taylor), even though we still making payments on our car. It was very nice experience (a little long) and you have to see Chris Ogene whether you want New or Used cars. He has them both. Also, he will make you laugh, better watch out! Highly recommended.
