The way he explained the various options and choices we had made our choice of a CROWN SIGNIA easy. He then went on to teach us how to operate this computer on wheels. We asked for a second "lesson". He very graciously spent a couple of hours patiently explaining everything and making sure that we really understood what he had shown us by a gentle "exam". Great experience. We wren't surprised that his phone kept ringing off the hook because others, like us, had found him to be an excellent auto advisor to deal with. He is a gem! More

Chris Ogene is such a patient person. What a doll. I have bought 2 cars from him in the last few years, and I think I almost drove him crazy. He helped my pick wanrranties that worked for me and with no pressure. White is my favorite color so imagine asking him to show me 6 white cars that fit my needs and my budget! Please ask for Chris Ogene if you are looking for a car. He has a playful side so it won't feel stressful (he made my friend laugh a lot and she is a very serious person). His used manager Sinaah was very helpful too. I was not comfortable driving at night, so they delivered the car to my home! Thank you Fitzgerald, I will be sending friends! More

My insurance company had just declared my car a total loss, so I had to transition from the Service Department (thank you, Steve Winkler) to the Sales Department for a totally unexpected purchase. First, I had a conversation with Chris about my needs and budget, and he sent me a few listings (new and used) to check out virtually. We narrowed to 5 choices in my price range. I came in after work the next day for test drives. One of my choices had been sold, and another one was too small in person. We added 2 more cars I saw on the lot. I asked questions, and Chris was patient and thorough. I selected a car I was sure about. I then added a couple of options/ enhancements after consulting with Britney Blango. Chris was also helpful and clear at guiding me through all the paperwork involved. The financing aspect went smoothly, and I got a good rate and monthly payments I am comfortable with. All in all, within 4 hours, I bought a car I was/am totally excited about (even though I started out bothered about having to get back into monthly car payments). Every person I interacted with (including the manager, Phil Formichelli) was helpful and professional. I would send anyone looking for a car over to Fitzgerald Toyota.
