Very unethical company. They have a car listed as a good price online but then tack on extra "packages" that can't be removed to jack up the price. Shady. price online but then tack on extra "packages" that can't be removed to jack up the price. Shady. More

Beware!! I would give 0 rating if I could. My purchase was a nightmare! The place is a Joke. Moral of the story stay away from this dealership unless you want to be scammed, lied to, given the run around was a nightmare! The place is a Joke. Moral of the story stay away from this dealership unless you want to be scammed, lied to, given the run around and if you have A LOT of extra time in your life to make multiple calls or multiple trips. I purchased a vehicle on Oct. 17th, 2020. I pretty much knew which vehicle I wanted before showing up at the dealership. Once I seen the vehicle it had been wrecked which was not shown in the pictures or description online. I was told one of the sales guys just wrecked it and if I purchased the vehicle it would be fixed by the dealership no charge to me. The sale and paperwork went pretty smooth and quick. Then after signing the paperwork it went downhill from there. I was told it had to be detailed, washed and filled up with gas. I ask if I could skip all that and they said no its company policy. So after more than 2 hours of waiting (this was after the hours for the paperwork) I finally got car and was able to leave. The car hadn’t been swept out, found French fries, no gas in car so I have no clue what they were doing for hours….I set up my appointment to get the damage fixed they had my car for over a week no call so I called and got the run around. The next day I got a call saying it’s ready to be picked up. I get there and about 70% of the damage was fixed they claimed they didn’t see the other damage. I could leave the car and they would have manager call me the next day. I called them left voicemails no call back so I drove there the next day (this dealership is about 45 min from my home and I made multiple trips) He claimed he didn’t see the damage but I could set up yet another appointment to get this fixed. During all this time I still hadn’t received paperwork on the vehicle so I ask about that and they said give it a little more time. After 35 days which by state law they only have 31 days I started calling leaving messages every day I never got a call back from anyone from this location. I did found out that Napleton Hyundai in Carmel does the paperwork so I started calling them. They weren’t responsive either I had to call every day. So, finally the 41st day on a Holiday weekend I got the paperwork emailed to me. Which they had the selling price more than $1200 what I paid for it so my taxes that I paid was not enough so I would of owed more taxes. Once again I had to call no call back so on the 45th day I called they resent paperwork with the amount showing paid for vehicle $0 when I called she acted like it was an inconvenience and was told I could of went to the BMV with the 1st paperwork I received. During this I also noticed I paid $500 more for the vehicle was even listed for which was my mistake for not noticing it the day I purchased the car. I would stay away from this dealership they are very smooth talkers and add cost in. I will never go back to this dealership More

The staff was friendly and provided good customer service for the most part. Thats where the positive ends. During the negotiation of price, they would not disclose the final purchase price of the vehicle an for the most part. Thats where the positive ends. During the negotiation of price, they would not disclose the final purchase price of the vehicle and would simply talk in monthly payments. While going through the signing of paperwork, there were 4 additional items included in the purchase that I did not ask for and was not informed of during the negotiation. These were slipped in with the paperwork we were signing. They were additional "protections" for door dings @ $300, tire and wheels protection @ $600, and windshield protection @ $300. When we brought this up to the finance manager, her said we had to speak to the sales associate. This is where we should have walked. They said they could not remove it or they would "get fired" and kept talking and directing to the sign. Unfortunately, my wife and I were in a tight spot and needed a car as hers was just totaled. That was the reason we were looking. And no point during the negotiations or signing did I feel comfortable like I was fully aware of what I was buying. I'm considering contacting an attorney. These are the type of sales experiences that make people hate going to dealers. And on top of everything else, they make you leave your review on Google WHILE the sales associate is sitting in front of you. More

I called a couple of weeks ago to try and obtain proof of sale. Spoke to a "Chris" and he could not find the sale in their system. Apparently, we have been paying a loan through a lender that apparently Napl sale. Spoke to a "Chris" and he could not find the sale in their system. Apparently, we have been paying a loan through a lender that apparently Napleton didn't sell us. I have gotten service there twice, once for a recall. Each time they found me in the computer. "Chris" seemed less than interested in helping me figure this out. So according to them, I guess I walked on to their lot, gave them my old car, and just drove off with this 2016 Kia. I am disappointed with the service after the sale. Be careful of a dealership that loses track of what they sell and who they sell it to. As well as it is good to put customer service ahead of everything else. Hope they got a decent profit off my old car :/ More
