If a monthly payment is agreed upon once, then adding any additional financial fees (however important) afterwards feels very much like a “bait and switch” tactic. It feels disingenuous, like getting the rug pulled out from under the feet. Regardless, the staff at this location were all polite and professional and were happy to answer all our questions. The manager was also attentive and made sure we were able to stay close to the budget we initially agreed upon. More

Deceptive. Told them I didn’t want a 75 mo loan and they said ok and we will get you in the car don’t worry. Rushed through the signing just trying to get them to stop with pushing me into the extra warranties and totally missed the term of the loan and it was 75 months. I told the sales guy and the GM no to 75 months and they said don’t worry we will get you into the car. Foolish me but they deliberately make you sit and wait and sit and wait to the point of madness so you just rush through signing on the very deceptive docusign table and you don’t actually get to look over the papers. Partly my fault for being trusting but will never buy again from there and will make sure everyone I know avoids this dealership as well. They saw a woman by herself and hopped on the scam train and ran me over. I told them what I could afford and I never did get the final cost of the car until later after I signed and it’s way more than the car is worth. They said they put me through Mazda Financial and I’m through 5/3 bank but I told them I could get a better rate through USAA and they didn’t want to listen because they didn’t want to deal with the back I wanted. Lied and said they could get me a better rate through Mazda but didn’t even go through them. Sick people! If you want to be violated go there. I’m sick to my stomach every time I look at this car because I let myself get scammed worse than I could have at a buy here pay here! More
