Eric Jensen greeted me right away and made me feel completely at ease—offering me coffee, snacks, a test drive, and the Carfax report. Even though I planned to keep looking, after test driving half a dozen other options, Wickstrom’s car stood out as the best—and the most reasonably priced, based on both KBB and Carfax. I still wanted a mechanic's inspection, and both Eric and sales manager Chris Moose were so accommodating—letting me take the car overnight for a full inspection. My mechanic gave it a big thumbs-up, and after that, Eric and Chris even raised their trade-in offer to match the best I’d seen—plus they discounted the sale price, pushing it into the "excellent" range on Carfax. Chris and Denise Ryman handled financing, and despite being on a fixed income, they got me a great rate that fit perfectly.
