I wish that I could give a 0 rating. I took my Forester in for a checkup. For $179 dollars they told me that I would need a replacement on my air conditioner for $1500. Since the air I took my Forester in for a checkup. For $179 dollars they told me that I would need a replacement on my air conditioner for $1500. Since the air conditioner was not broken but just not functioning properly, I said No. I bought an AC recharger from Walmart for $50 amd I put it in twice and heard a pop. Like magic. My air conditioning works perfectly and is now so cold that I can't even turn it on full blast. I got the sense that the person at the desk was trying to tell me to not let them do the AC unit. My neighbors bought a brand new Forester and paid for a coating to protect the finish. The coating was never applied and Jenkins gave them a hard time over a refund. They are either sleazy or incompetent or both. Even the free car wash was pitiful. .I appreciated the effort but they did not even wash off the grease from the brake work. All in all a very disappointing experience. I will never go there again and suggest that they be avoided by anyone who values integrity. More

Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was ve friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much. More

The most perfect experience from start to finish. Chris manages a highly personable and skilled team. Upon my arrival, both Tim and Chris welcomed me as I stood outside inspecting my Volvo beauty. My Chris manages a highly personable and skilled team. Upon my arrival, both Tim and Chris welcomed me as I stood outside inspecting my Volvo beauty. My sales agent Tim was stellar, and based on a spontaneous inquiry I made, identified and secured my dream Volvo. I’m so glad I trusted an engaging telephone conversation and then made the trip to Ocala. Manager Chris, Wayne and Tim worked to make this, including my trade, happen in record time. Tim extended himself with noteworthy one on one time to ensure I understood my car’s many features. He even volunteered to coordinate my phone, my preferences and even coded the garage opener for me. Shavon finalized a smooth transaction with impeccable attention to detail. Quite an experience- one that rarely occurs when purchasing a car! Bravo to this Volvo team! More
