So, when I called to set up my appointment for my truck,
it was agreed upon that I would drop my truck off before 3 pm on 10/22/2024, but depending on what work was needed, I could leave it for the day on 1

When I came in to drop off my vehicle, I had another unfortunate encounter with Chris Martin, as I have in the past. (I had hoped the previous encounters were one off’s). When trying to get checked in, Chris talked over me while I was trying to explain what I had agreed upon when scheduling my appointment, as he said my appointment was for 10/23/2024. I eventually told him he was cutting me off and would not let me speak, but his rude behavior continued. As it was evident he did not want to hear anything I had to say, I decided to leave.
I have dealt with Chris in other encounters, and this seems to be his norm: he is rude, doesn’t allow others to speak, and gives unnecessary explanations with a condescending or patronizing tone.
I chose Holz because the first advisor I worked with was fantastic (I believe it was with Shawn). Plus, it is close enough that I can walk home after I dropped off my vehicle, but since then, most encounters have been with Chris; I will choose another non-Holz location as it appears Chris’s behavior is allowed as I find it hard to believe his peers do not his encounters with patrons.
