Service Department As always Chris Madigan was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with the navigation up-grade, which has nothing to do with Chris or service As always Chris Madigan was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with the navigation up-grade, which has nothing to do with Chris or service. You have to order the up-grade, can't be bought at the dealership and than it takes forever to download it (states you need to keep vehicle running and takes at least 90 minutes to download). More

Chris Madigan did a truly exceptional job helping me with the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of th the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of the 7 year warranty period, I wanted to get the car in exceptional shape and complete any required work while still under warranty. Chris and the service department thoroughly inspected the car and discovered several needs, including replacement of the driver's seat frame and elimination of some leaks. All of the work was all completed within 24 hours and my car is now ready for an extended run with hopefully very few problems. While most service departments would likely have just completed work that I specified, Infiiniti of Denver found several things that I did not know about. The work was completed very professionally and at a cost of less than I expected. Needless to say, I am very satisfied customer. More
