I bought a 2015 Malibu 2LT from Donavan Robey this morning. The car had more issues than I was led to believe. Of course I figured this out within a week of buying the car. All of the tires had lar morning. The car had more issues than I was led to believe. Of course I figured this out within a week of buying the car. All of the tires had large chunks taken out of the sidewalls from someone not knowing how to park and there are multiple large cracks around the rims on 3 of the tires from I assume hitting the curbs. I now have to spend on new tires out of the gate ($650). But they shined up the tires really well so you would not notice that. The rear bumper had been hit, and the passenger side of the bumper was slightly popped. The Onstar does not work on the car. And the clock on the radio doesn't hold time. I assume because the OnStar does not function. I paid Kelley Blue Book for this car and I expected better. I will not go back to Lafayette GMC More

Went to service department for routine service and was told that there was a recall on my 2019. We agreed to complete the recall. Service rider came back out a few minutes later and told me they were not told that there was a recall on my 2019. We agreed to complete the recall. Service rider came back out a few minutes later and told me they were not able to complete the recall work due to being out of warranty. I questioned his reasoning and was told it was GM’s policy not to honor this this recall and out of his hands. GM has lost a loyal customer and I was going to purchase a new trunk before the end of the year. All because they would not reboot the computer. More

BEWARE! !!! I had been working on purchasing a Yukon for two days. I informed the salesman and sales manager that I had put insurance on the vehicle and mai !!! I had been working on purchasing a Yukon for two days. I informed the salesman and sales manager that I had put insurance on the vehicle and mailed the check and paid for delivery. They still sold the vehicle out from under me. I am now out $1000 and all the manager told me was basically "sorry that sucks" What an absolutely terrible way to do business. Please avoid at all cost. More
