Buying my new mustang Got turned to Mcfarland Ford through TruCar and am pleased they did. I was doing my research and car shopping for months till i found them. Not only was the price below the original TruCar certification they made the whole experience very simple for me. Literally called them about the car i wanted they ordered it and a month later it was there to my exact specification. The staff was very polite and was willing to assist me in anyway they could. Pushy salesmen and pressure to buy is the main reason i hate car shopping but the staff at Mcfarland really made it very hard to hate. More

My wife and I were nearing the end of an existing Ford lease and were looking to lease a new C-Max Hybrid to replace our Escape. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Steve Price from sales. S lease and were looking to lease a new C-Max Hybrid to replace our Escape. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Steve Price from sales. Steve had worked with us on our prior lease and had been very helpful in our choosing the right car for our needs. So we wanted Steve to to help us get into a new lease. He had a new C-Max Hybrid there on the lot and explained the differences between the model lines. Once again we were very satisfied with his knowledge of the car and its features. But unfortunately the model we wanted (SEL} was not available on the lot. Steve and Chris Lane the Sales manager tired to find us the exact model color and features we wanted but could not find an exact match. They suggested that we order a vehicle from the factory so we could get the car exactly the way we wanted. So we ordered our new C-Max instead of compromising on something near what we wanted, unlike other regional high volume dealers who just want to clear their lot of cars. It was refreshing to know that the staff were more interested in our needs then just making a quick sale. During the ordering and building phases of our New C-Max we were kept informed of the progress of the build and the expected delivery date. When the car arrived, a week ahead of schedule from Ford, they promptly had the car ready for us to take delivery. During the delivery Steve did all the ground work to have the our old Escape exchanged and the new car ready and Mike Martioski the Finance specialist was very helpful explaining conducting the process of the lease. After the paper work was all complete, Steve then was very helpful in making sure my wife and I were very familiar with all the car features before we left the lot. He was very nice in taking the extra time to make us feel comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. I worked with Cris Lane on making a decision on whether to wait for a 2014 or purchase a 2013 GT5.0/CS in stock - He was very helpful in showing me the plus side of getting the CS based on re-sale value of to wait for a 2014 or purchase a 2013 GT5.0/CS in stock - He was very helpful in showing me the plus side of getting the CS based on re-sale value of the cars and my cost. - Since after 2014 Mustang will be changing the appearance I purchased this car not only for now but as a investment. We were able to reach a price that worked for both of us and one I thought fair. He always followed up in a very timely manner either by e mail or phone. Basically if not for Cris I am do not think I would have purchased the car. Upon delivery Joanne was ready to take me through the car - When I arrived she had the plates removed from my old car and was waiting for me. That was really great since I was on a tight timeframe that day. She was a real pro at showing me sync and other features. She even volunteered to come to my house to set up the garage door opener - Now that is commitment and service. I am going to schedule a session for my wife with her and I am sure she will get the same results. Finally after driving the car for 3 days now, I can say it is on a par to my 2013 X3 BMW and as would be expected has a significant performance advantage - i guess the only downside is I will not be buying another Mustang Unless they revert back) since I am old school and love the present body style Great Job Ford and the McFarland Team Hats Off!! More

I just purchased my second Ford F150 from this dealership. I traded in my older F150 and bought a new 2013 that was ordered about 8 weeks ago and arrived even faster than expected. I worked with Don Perry in service with my trade, and Francesco in the body shop. Both were a great help with my older F150, and Chris Lane helped me special order my 2013 F150 Lariat and gave me a fair price on my trade. Overall I am very happy with my 2nd F150 purchase at McFarland Ford. I would recommend this dealership. More

I'm very happy to have just ordered a 2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost Lariat from McFarland Ford. I'm trading in a Toyota Tundra when it arrives. The Ford F-150 Ecoboost is by far the best full size truck out Ecoboost Lariat from McFarland Ford. I'm trading in a Toyota Tundra when it arrives. The Ford F-150 Ecoboost is by far the best full size truck out there and I did my research. These guys have been great. They understand that it is a big investment and treat you like a customer. I dealt with Chris and Mark and they treated me fair on both my trade and the new vehicle price. Sue McFarland introduced herself and also knew about my special order and took a genuine interest in getting me what I want. I would highly recommend going here versus the larger more impersonal dealerships. I also hear that their service department is the best in the area which is important. More

I just bought a new F150 from McFarland Ford. I was referred to McFarland Ford through an internet car pricing service and Chris Lane contacted me within hours of of the internet request being placed a referred to McFarland Ford through an internet car pricing service and Chris Lane contacted me within hours of of the internet request being placed and started initial negotiations by email. We went back and forth on costs and trim levels many times before I went to the dealership. The level of detail Chris provided and his willingness to email me actual numbers and price quotes convinced me to go into the dealer and talk in person. Steve Briden took over the actual sale process once I went to the dealer and was very helpful in working through the different options available and all the other stuff that goes along with a vehicle sale. Both Steve and Chris were straight forward and helpful at all times. They made sure the sales process was transparent. The vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot or available anywhere on the East coast so I ended up ordering the vehicle from Ford. After placing the order, I made modifications and added new options - forcing Steve to contact Ford and change the order several times. Each time he was patient and helpful. I am happy with the price we settled on and they gave me good value for my trade-in. I will certainly shop at McFarland for again. More

My partner and I were looking for an affordable second car. We visited several local car dealerships in the Exeter-Stratham-Portsmouth area. I cannot say enough about the service at this particular deal car. We visited several local car dealerships in the Exeter-Stratham-Portsmouth area. I cannot say enough about the service at this particular dealership - far above and beyond any of the other local dealers. Let me give you an example: we went to Portsmouth Ford looking for a particular color Ford Fiesta. The salesman we were working with looked at us and said, "well, we've got black or silver, those are your options. Let me know which one you want." When I emailed Chris Lane and then when we visited the McFarland Exeter dealership, their response was: "We don't have one in the color you want, but we'll find it for you!" A couple of days later, we had the exact car we wanted, for the price we wanted (Portsmouth Ford was slightly cheaper, but McFarland Exeter Ford matched their price). I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and when we're ready to replace our older car, Exeter Ford will be our first stop! More
