Talked with him multiple times over the phone before coming in and he also pulled the car into the light and very closely examined to see if any dents or flaws on the vehicle. He was super nice in person and very up front and honest. I hate purchasing cars as I can’t stand dealing with sneaky people. I will def be contacting Chris again in the future. We checked the car out thoroughly, inside and out, and even underneath. The service manager answered the few questions we posed. We never felt any pressure to purchase the vehicle at any time. This was the most quick and painless experience I have ever had at a dealership. He started my paperwork before I had even arrived there, and had my vehicle fully charged (surprisingly that's not common practice at other dealerships) Chris my salesman was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He had an answer for all of my questions immediately and even answered some that i didnt know to ask. In contrast other dealerships don't know much about their electric inventory at all. David got all the papers rolling without a hitch and I was in and out of there within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Best experience ever. Thanks guys. More
